ERP Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. 
• Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement. 
• Develop functional specifications and business requirements documents.
• Assist in the design and configuration of ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure the accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the successful implementation of ERP solutions. 
• Provide training and support to end-users during and after the ERP implementation.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, data flow diagrams, and user manuals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP implementation and business analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an ERP implementation environment. 
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools. 
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus. 
• ERP certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
