Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and take ownership of our brand’s online presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content (images, videos, written posts), engaging with our online community, and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Track, measure, and report on key social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and compelling content.
- Monitor competitors and industry leaders to identify new social media opportunities.
- Optimize content for different social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Conduct A/B testing on social media posts and ad campaigns to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Ability to think creatively and bring a unique perspective to video projects.
What We Offer:

- Ability to analyze social media performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics in posts and stories.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
