When a prospective student or parent registers for an open house, campus tour, or information session, their record is created in the CRM at the moment of registration. Not after a manual import. Yes. You can create recurring event templates that generate individual event instances on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom schedule. Attendance tracking runs per instance, so you can see trends across the series: which weeks had the highest turnout, whether attendance declines over the semester, how registrations compare to actual check-ins, and which recurring dates consistently underperform.
