Xendit School Fee Payment Integration

Enterprise EditionPayment Processing

Collect school fees across Southeast Asia — GCash, GoPay, OVO, QRIS, and Virtual Accounts in PH, ID, MY, VN, and TH

Overview

Xendit is the leading payment gateway for Southeast Asia, serving businesses in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand. For education institutions in these markets, Xendit provides access to the e-wallets and local payment methods that dominate digital payments: GCash (Philippines), GoPay and OVO (Indonesia), TouchNGo (Malaysia), MoMo (Vietnam), and QRIS (Indonesia's universal QR standard). Southeast Asian families increasingly pay via e-wallet rather than bank transfer or card. Offering GCash or GoPay at your fee portal checkout dramatically increases first-attempt payment completion because parents do not need to switch apps or enter card details — they scan a QR code or tap a button within their existing e-wallet app. OpenEduCat's Xendit integration generates a unique Virtual Account number per student per invoice, enabling bank transfer payments that reconcile automatically — critical for families who prefer traditional bank transfer but need the convenience of an always-available account reference.

Key Capabilities

E-Wallets

GCash (PH), GrabPay (PH/SG), GoPay (ID), OVO (ID), DANA (ID), ShopeePay (ID/PH/MY), LinkAja (ID), TouchNGo (MY), MoMo (VN) — accepted natively per country.

QRIS (Indonesia)

Universal QR standard accepted by all Indonesian e-wallets and bank apps. One QR code serves GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and 40+ other apps.

Virtual Accounts

Unique bank account numbers generated per student per invoice. Parents transfer via internet banking or ATM. Payments reconcile automatically when the transfer arrives.

Retail Payment (Philippines)

7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, LBC, and other over-the-counter payment agents — for families who pay in cash at retail outlets.

Cards

Visa, Mastercard, and local debit cards accepted across all supported countries.

Multi-Currency

Collect in PHP, IDR, MYR, VND, THB, and SGD. Settlement to your institution's local bank account per currency.
