What it is
ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) e-invoicing, branded Fatoora, requires all KSA businesses (schools included) to issue structured electronic invoices in a defined XML format with a cryptographic stamp. Phase 2 (integration phase) requires real-time clearance with the ZATCA portal.
Our status today
Roadmap Q3 2026 for native ZATCA Phase 2 clearance. The accounting and fees modules already produce structured invoices in the ZATCA format. Cryptographic stamping and portal clearance are the remaining pieces, in scoping with our KSA partners.
What you can do today
Generate ZATCA-format XML invoices today for tuition, fees, and any school billing. Bridge clearance against the ZATCA portal is available via partner deployments using existing ZATCA gateway providers.
