Subject Teachers Enter Penilaian Sumatif Scores

At the end of each semester, subject teachers record sumatif assessment results (0–100) for every student. Scores can be entered per assessment event and auto-averaged, or entered as a final semester score directly.

KKTP Status Computed Per Subject

The system compares each student's sumatif score against the KKTP threshold defined for that subject and course-objective. Students at or above KKTP are marked Tercapai; those below are marked Belum Tercapai and flagged for bimbingan.

Each subject teacher writes a brief narrative comment summarising the student's learning progress and strengths. The Rapor displays this comment alongside the numeric score.

Class Teacher Enters P5 Dimension Narratives

The class teacher reviews P5 project observation notes and writes descriptive assessments for all six Profil Pelajar Pancasila dimensions. These are entered directly into the P5 section of each student's Rapor record.
