Greenwood Academy, a K-12 private school with 1,200 students, operated almost entirely on paper. Attendance was taken on printed rosters, report cards were generated in spreadsheets, fee receipts were handwritten, and parent communication relied on physical letters sent home with students. Staff spent evenings on data entry, and parents had no visibility into their children's daily progress.
