CEU and CPD Hour Tracking

Track continuing education units to IACET (International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training) and ANSI standards, CPD points to the framework the learner's licensing body uses (US state board hours, UK CPD points, AITSL Australian professional standards, Indian PMU teacher training points). Learners see their hours-completed vs hours-required countdown; administrators see cohort completion rates.

Licence Renewal Cycle Support

Licensing bodies require professionals to complete a set number of CPD hours per renewal cycle (typically 2 to 5 years). The platform tracks each learner's current cycle, cycle start and end dates, hours completed inside the cycle, and hours carried over where the licensing body permits. Renewal audit reports export in the format each licensing body accepts.

Cohort-Based Facilitator-Led Courses

Live cohort courses with a start date, end date, weekly facilitator sessions, discussion forums, and cohort-shared deadlines run alongside self-paced asynchronous modules. What CPD frameworks does the platform track?

The platform ships with named framework support for US state-board teacher licence hours (each state has its own cycle and hour requirement), UK Chartered Teacher and general CPD points, Australian AITSL professional standards, Indian PMU teacher training points, and generic IACET CEU accounting. Additional frameworks configure through the standard framework definition. When a learner's framework is set, the platform tracks their cycle, hours, and renewal deadline against that framework automatically.

How do learners see their progress toward licence renewal?

Each learner has a CPD dashboard showing their current renewal cycle start and end dates, hours-required, hours-completed, hours-in-progress (courses started but not finished), and hours-planned (courses enrolled but not started). A visual countdown highlights approaching deadlines. When a learner completes a course, hours post to the dashboard automatically with certificate download. Learners can export their transcript in the format their licensing body accepts for renewal audits.

How does cohort-based facilitator-led delivery differ from self-paced?

Self-paced courses have no fixed start and end date; the learner enrols, completes at their own pace, and receives a certificate. Cohort-based courses have a set start date and end date with weekly facilitator sessions, cohort-shared deadlines for assignments, and discussion forums scoped to the cohort. Cohort delivery is the typical model for high-touch CPD such as leadership development, subject-specific pedagogy, or new-teacher induction. The platform runs both models in parallel; content is often re-used across models with different scheduling.

Do issued certificates satisfy licensing body evidence requirements?

Certificate content is configurable to match licensing body requirements: accrediting body name and logo, learner name, course title, CEU or CPD hour value, completion date, and verifiable serial number with QR code. Licensing bodies accept the digital certificate for evidence in most jurisdictions; where a licensing body requires paper submission, the certificate prints as a PDF suitable for physical filing. Where a licensing body operates a submission portal, the platform can export a compatible batch upload.

Can school districts or employers enrol cohorts in bulk?

Yes. Districts, hospital systems, and professional associations enrol cohorts via CSV upload, SFTP integration with their HRIS, or API integration with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or BambooHR.
