The platform ships with named framework support for US state-board teacher licence hours (each state has its own cycle and hour requirement), UK Chartered Teacher and general CPD points, Australian AITSL professional standards, Indian PMU teacher training points, and generic IACET CEU accounting. Additional frameworks configure through the standard framework definition. When a learner's framework is set, the platform tracks their cycle, hours, and renewal deadline against that framework automatically.

Each learner has a CPD dashboard showing their current renewal cycle start and end dates, hours-required, hours-completed, hours-in-progress (courses started but not finished), and hours-planned (courses enrolled but not started). A visual countdown highlights approaching deadlines. When a learner completes a course, hours post to the dashboard automatically with certificate download. Learners can export their transcript in the format their licensing body accepts for renewal audits.

Self-paced courses have no fixed start and end date; the learner enrols, completes at their own pace, and receives a certificate. Cohort-based courses have a set start date and end date with weekly facilitator sessions, cohort-shared deadlines for assignments, and discussion forums scoped to the cohort. Cohort delivery is the typical model for high-touch CPD such as leadership development, subject-specific pedagogy, or new-teacher induction. The platform runs both models in parallel; content is often re-used across models with different scheduling.

Certificate content is configurable to match licensing body requirements: accrediting body name and logo, learner name, course title, CEU or CPD hour value, completion date, and verifiable serial number with QR code. Licensing bodies accept the digital certificate for evidence in most jurisdictions; where a licensing body requires paper submission, the certificate prints as a PDF suitable for physical filing. Where a licensing body operates a submission portal, the platform can export a compatible batch upload.

Yes. Districts, hospital systems, and professional associations enrol cohorts via CSV upload, SFTP integration with their HRIS, or API integration with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or BambooHR. Employer administrators see cohort progress dashboards showing which employees have completed mandatory courses, which are approaching deadlines, and which are overdue. Reminder emails to non-starters and to overdue employees automate on a schedule the administrator configures.

IACET awards one CEU per 10 hours of qualifying instructional time with specified learning outcomes, assessment, and evaluation. The platform enforces the IACET calculation rules: instructional time excluded for breaks and non-instructional segments, mandatory assessment to demonstrate learning, and learner evaluation of the course at completion. Courses configured with IACET compliance generate the CEU value automatically. The provider retains responsibility for IACET provider accreditation; the platform enforces the calculation and evidence requirements.

Yes. The same CPD tracking and CEU accounting applies to any regulated profession: nursing continuing education (ANCC accreditation in the US, NMC revalidation in the UK), engineering PDH (professional development hours) to NCEES standards, accountancy CPE to state-board rules, and legal MCLE (mandatory continuing legal education) to state-bar rules. Yes. Import courses in SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and xAPI packages from Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, H5P, or any conformant authoring tool. Existing content libraries from CPD publishers such as Twinkl (schools), Elsevier ClinicalKey (healthcare), or association-branded content plug in without re-authoring. xAPI captures granular learning behaviour that feeds accreditation audits and program-improvement analytics.
