University Grants Commission

National Centre for Academic Accreditation and Assessment

QAA
Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education

当认证团队到访时,他们需要查看数据——通过率、CGPA 分布、学生升级报告、师生比。如果您的 ERP 无法直接生成这些报告,您的团队将在每次检查前花费数周时间制作电子表格。

“预置合规”的真正含义
每个合规框架都有三个层面:评分规则(使用什么标准、及格线是多少、荣誉等级的门槛),流程规则(补考如何运作、升级如何决定、加分政策如何适用),以及报告要求(认证机构和监管部门需要看到什么数据、以什么格式呈现)。
当我们说 OpenEduCat 预置了合规功能,意味着这三个层面都已在相应国家模块中配置完毕——您的教务主任首次登录之前就已就绪。CBCS 10 分制标准已经设定,ATKT 升级规则已经就位,CBCS 成绩单格式已经配好。您的团队不需要配置这些——只需验证后即可使用。
当然,预置并不意味着锁定。每个参数——成绩等级划分、及格分数、ATKT 挂科限制、加分上限——都可由您的院校自行配置。默认值对该监管环境下的大多数院校都是正确的,但有特殊需求的院校可以在不修改代码的情况下进行调整。
另外,OpenEduCat 生成的某些内容仍需贵机构自行负责。例如,OpenEduCat 会生成包含正确评分表的 ECTS 学历补充文件,但贵机构需负责将其提交给接收方院校,并确保满足标准模板之外的任何国家特定格式要求。数据由我们生成,提交流程由您掌控。
