La interfaz esta en espanol rioplatense de verdad, o es un espanol neutro con 'tu'?
Esta en es-AR con voseo. UI, mails y mensajes de error usan 'vos' — 'inscribite a la materia', 'tene en cuenta la fecha del final'. Las locuciones academicas son las que usa el sistema argentino (materia, cursada, parcial, recuperatorio, mesa de final, libreta universitaria, alumno regular vs libre), no traducciones genericas. Si una institucion prefiere tuteo neutro por convencion, las cadenas son editables, pero el default de fabrica es rioplatense.
Como cubre el reporte anual a la SPU y la autoevaluacion CONEAU?
La SPU del Ministerio de Educacion pide datos anuales sobre matricula, planta docente, egresados e indicadores de rendimiento por carrera. CONEAU exige autoevaluacion institucional cada seis anos y acreditaciones periodicas para carreras de interes publico. (1) Migracion completa via CSV de las tablas estandar de SIU-Guarani (alumnos, materias, actas, planes); si la configuracion esta muy customizada vas a necesitar un puente de exportacion a medida. (2) Operacion paralela durante uno o dos cuatrimestres. (3) SIU-Guarani sigue como sistema oficial y OpenEduCat corre encima como portal del alumno, biblioteca, finanzas y CRM. Para muchas universidades publicas la opcion 3 es la mas realista — SIU-Guarani es robusto y gratuito; el dolor real esta en las capas que no cubre.
Como manejan precios y cobros con la inflacion argentina?
ARS nativo con Mercado Pago, transferencias por CBU/CVU con conciliacion automatica, y vouchers Rapipago/Pago Facil para alumnos sin tarjeta. Aranceles muestran USD como referencia paralela — no como precio de cobro sino como ancla de valor, porque los precios en ARS quedan desactualizados rapido. Las listas admiten ajustes en bloque por porcentaje alineados a IPC INDEC, asi que no hay que editar carrera por carrera. Notas de credito y debito siguen formato AFIP.
Como cumplen con la Ley 25.326 de Proteccion de Datos Personales?
La Ley 25.326 y la AAIP (Agencia de Acceso a la Informacion Publica) regulan el tratamiento de datos personales en Argentina — los datos academicos califican.
