What it is
Noor (نظام نور) is the Saudi Ministry of Education student information system. All government and accredited private schools in KSA are required to report student demographics, enrollment, attendance, behavioural records, and end-of-term results into Noor on a defined schedule. A school management system that cannot exchange data with Noor forces dual data entry.
Our status today
Roadmap Q3 2026. The OpenEduCat student-records model already covers every field Noor expects (national ID, enrollment record, grade level, section, attendance daily marks, behavioural notes, end-of-term scores). A direct API connector is being built and will be released when production-ready. We will not claim availability until it ships.
What you can do today
Today, OpenEduCat exports student records, attendance, and academic results in CSV and Excel formats that match the Noor template. KSA implementation partners have built scripts that bridge OpenEduCat to Noor for the periodic uploads. Contact us for a partner introduction.
